Según su inscripción, este edificio fue levantado en 1433 por İbrahim Bey II de los Karamánidas, como parte de un complejo.
Tiene dos plantas de piedra labrada, con una cúpula central y un patio cerrado. Se encuentra en el barrio de İmaret, en Karaman, y se llega a ella fácilmente en minibús urbano y en autobús municipal.
