Resumen
El edificio fue levantado en 1905 por Abdülhamid II, junto con la mezquita Hamidiye y la escuela Hamidiye, para la educación de niños huérfanos de guerra.
Las plantas de sus pisos inferior y superior son parecidas. Está asignado al Ministerio de Educación Nacional y fue restaurado en 2008. Se encuentra en el barrio de Sögüt.
