Resumen
El cuartel de Cizre fue construido en el último periodo otomano por Mustafa Paşa, conocido como Misto-i Miri, jefe de las tribus miran de Cizre, a quien Abdülhamid II había nombrado pachá; hizo realizar la obra a canteros de Cizre y Midyat.
