Resumen
Irgandı es el único puente-bazar que construyeron los otomanos: un puente de piedra con tiendas a lo largo, situado al sur del puente de Boyacı Kulluğu. Se cree que lo construyó en 1442, bajo Murad II, para el comerciante Hoca Muslihuddin, hijo de Irgandı Ali, Timurtaş, hijo de Abdullah, que figura como testigo en la escritura de fundación piadosa de Hacı İvaz Paşa.
Evliya Çelebi, que llegó a Bursa en 1640 tras las revueltas celâlíes, escribió que había doscientas tiendas en el puente. En realidad se construyeron treinta y dos, dieciséis a cada lado.
