Resumen
El valle de Rabat se encuentra en el caserío de Örtülü, en la aldea de Cemceli, a veinte kilómetros de la localidad de Tunceli. Está registrado como yacimiento arqueológico de primer grado y es conocido tanto por sus estructuras históricas como por su paisaje.
Lo que hay que ver en el valle: un castillo, un puente, una cascada y cuevas. Viniendo por la carretera Tunceli-Kovancılar, hay que tomar el desvío de Rabat inmediatamente después de cruzar el puente de Rabat.

- Across Tunceli as a whole, monthly mean temperatures run from -1.8 °C in January to 27.1 °C in July; the mean stays between 15 and 25 °C in May, June and September; rainfall is heaviest in December (133 mm) and lightest in August (5 mm). Long-term means for 1960-2025 from the Turkish State Meteorological Service (MGM).
