Alaaddin Bey Camii was built at the start of the eighteenth century by Alaaddin Bey, then governor of Muş.
The main space is square and divided into nine aisles, covered by a large dome in the centre with smaller ones around it. It is entered through a portal in the narthex, which is roofed by three shallow domes.
Carved lamp motifs decorate the sides of that portal, and the mihrab in the central aisle carries colonnettes and plant motifs. The minaret has a square base and a cylindrical shaft, built of cut stone in two colours.
