The old Ziraat Bank building at Akdağmadeni is a two-storey rectangular building of marble and cut stone. The front has largely kept its original appearance, while the other facades and the interior were plastered and painted later. The Ministry's page gives no date for it.
There are two separate entrances at ground level, one leading into the ground floor and the other up to the first floor, and eight windows on the ground floor. On the upper floor two oriels are each carried on three brackets, with a triangular pediment above each oriel and a round window at the centre of each pediment. At the back is a garden with a rectangular pool. The building is on Sivas Caddesi in the Ahisavi quarter.
