The bridge crosses the Kesiksu stream at Gaffarlı village: a single span under a flattened pointed arch, registered as a cultural asset. Its upper part is stepped; the load-bearing lower part is laid in regular cut blocks and the top is filled with rubble.
The source names the district twice and differently — Sumbas in the description, Kadirli in the address. It is reached by road.
