Guide
The hot springs of Kızılcahamam, one of Ankara's spa districts, rise from several large and small sources, and the water is hyperthermal. It is taken both in baths and as a drinking cure, and the Ankara directorate of culture and tourism lists it as beneficial for liver, gallbladder, stomach and bowel complaints, for circulation problems and for rheumatism. Sey Hamamı, which the directorate mentions alongside these springs, offers water at 43°C.
