The Mahperi Hatun caravanserai is a Seljuk caravanserai in the Pazar district of Tokat. According to the four-line inscriptions in the sülüs hand on the portals of the courtyard and the enclosed section, it was built in 1238 by Mahperi Hatun, wife of Alâeddin Keykubad and mother of Gıyâseddin Keyhüsrev II.
The building has two parts, one for summer and one for winter. The winter section is entirely enclosed; the summer section has a courtyard with arcades. Cut stone was used in its construction, and the entrance is richly worked.
The outer walls keep their original form today, but the roof has fallen entirely. The walls are faced in dressed stone and supported from outside by buttresses.
