The minaret is what people come for: it is built on four columns, which is why the mosque is known as the four-legged minaret. The provincial directorate counts it among the curious monuments of the city.
The mosque was built in 1500 by Kasım Bey of the Akkoyunlu, of black and white stone laid in courses. It is in the Sur district.
