Kadirli, in the north, holds the Gaffarlı stone bridge, the Karatepe-Aslantaş open-air museum and the Karatepe kilim cooperative. Our inventory also holds a separate record for the Karatepe-Aslantaş national park, which covers the same hills; the museum record is the one on this route.
South and east are the Kırmıtlı bird sanctuary, Toprakkale castle, the Karaçay waterfall, the Osmaniye city museum and the Zorkun plateau above the city, with the Ağcabey mosque at Bahçe to the northeast.
Writing this corrected the bird sanctuary's type, which read as a cultural building rather than a protected area. What each place is, and who says so, is on its own page.
