The mosque at Bağlarpinari village in the Adaklı district of Bingöl stands at the edge of the village, among the old cemetery, the fountain and the pool. It is an Ottoman building, and the six-line inscription over its door, set within geometric ornament, gives the Hijri year 1219, which the Ministry's page renders as 1809.
The minbar and mihrab are cut stone, and there is a minaret motif above the mihrab niche. At the entrance to the garden gate, on cut-stone steps, stands a small wooden minaret, and a new cut-stone minaret has been added at the western corner of the porch. The porch has three bays with a wooden ceiling and a stone floor. The prayer hall is divided into three sections parallel to the mihrab by eight columns, four of them engaged, and the aisle in front of the mihrab is set apart from the others by being raised. The columns are round and each is a single piece of cut stone, with plant motifs carved on the capitals. The lower windows are rectangular and the upper ones smaller and splayed inwards. The burial ground is at the northeast corner of the mosque. Many of the graves are cenotaph-shaped with plant and geometric ornament, and the headstones are regular cut stone; those graves contemporary with the mosque carry headstones in the form of turbans.
