The Buğday Pazarı Medrese stands in the courtyard of the mosque of the same name in central Çankırı and was built in the eighteenth century. It is timber, two storeys on a stone plinth, consisting of a single file of cells ranged north to south.
It is arranged today as a handicrafts centre, where clothing, dress accessories, kitchen equipment and craft materials of the Çankırı region are displayed — so the building can be gone into rather than only looked at. It is on Buğday Pazarı Sokak in the Incili Çeşme quarter.
