The historic Corapci Han in Sivas, a nineteenth-century building used as a centre of trade and lodging, also housed İhramcızade İsmail Hakkı Toprak, one of the spiritual figures of the city, for many years, and the Islamic sciences were taught in it. The municipality restored the building and returned it to the cultural life of the city in 2012 as the İhramcızade Culture and Art Centre.
The centre has two floors. On the ground floor are art workshops; upstairs are İhramcızade's own room, a museum section, rooms for the study of the Quran and hadith, and classrooms. Courses in the traditional Turkish-Islamic decorative arts are held here. It is on Kerim Çavuş Caddesi in the Pasabey quarter.
