A small, square, single-room mosque stands in Karacasu, a small town in Bolu's central district. Its inscription gives the date 916, which corresponds to 1510–1511, and names its builder as Musa Paşa, son of Kızıl Ahmet Bey, son of İsfendiyar.

The 1944 earthquake damaged it, and in 1960 it was rebuilt to its old dimensions, all except the portal, with the original inscription set back in place. The walls alternate rubble stone with brick; only the entrance door is of cut stone. Inside is a wooden ceiling, lit by small windows under pointed-arch pediments, and outside a hipped roof with a corbelled brick eave. Remains show that a three-bay late-comers' porch once stood in front of the prayer hall, but it was left out when the mosque was rebuilt.
