Karaköy Camisi stands seven kilometres west of Bolu town, within Karaköy. It was built in 1562-1563 by Mehmet Bey, son of Musa Paşa.
The plan is rectangular under a timber roof. What the provincial directorate draws attention to is the decoration: the tiles, and the workmanship of the mihrab and the minbar.
