Köse Nature Park lies within the boundaries of Köse town in Gümüşhane province and takes its name from it. It covers 30.22 hectares, given in the text as 30, and was declared on 1 April 2016.
The forest here is planted rather than natural, and the directorate says so: Scots pine dominates as degraded forest vegetation resulting from afforestation work. Along those plantation areas the pine grows in mixed company with Spiny oak, Quercus macranthera subsp. syspirensis, and mountain steppe. The page carries no wildlife section at all.
Facilities are a country restaurant, day-use grounds and children's play areas, and walking on the paths through the day-use area is the activity listed. Capacity is 200 visitors and 20 vehicles, with hours of 06:00 to 20:00. Köse Municipality holds the concession.
Köse is 45 kilometres from Gümüşhane city and 26 from neighbouring Kelkit. The nearest airport is Erzincan, 111 kilometres away; the directorate notes that Gümüşhane province has no railway line.
