The water of Reşadiye Kaplıcası in Tokat emerges at 40–49°C, slightly salty and sour, with no smell or colour. The Tokat directorate of culture and tourism states that it is considered good for rheumatism, various painful conditions and skin diseases. The spa has 52 rooms for 124 guests and a fully equipped physiotherapy and rehabilitation unit.

- Across Tokat as a whole, monthly mean temperatures run from 2 °C in January to 22.5 °C in August; the mean stays between 15 and 25 °C in May, June, July, August and September; rainfall is heaviest in May (59 mm) and lightest in August (9 mm).
