The mosque at Mollakendi, on the Diyarbakır road, is made up of a front, an entrance hall and the prayer hall. Inside, a wooden upper gallery stands on the north, and on the south are the mihrab and a minbar of wood and stone. The minaret adjoins the west wall on the outside.
West of the mosque are the tomb of Ahmed-i Peykeri and a turbaned gravestone carrying the name Hüseyin Paşa in Arabic, dated 1277 in the Hijri calendar. The building is registered as a monumental cultural asset. Its own date of building is not given.
