The Eskicioğlu mosque is a simple building with a stone base, mudbrick walls, timber tie beams and a tiled roof. It belongs to the type of Ankara mosque built at the end of the seventeenth and in the eighteenth century. It was repaired between 1906 and 1907.
It stands on Eskicioğlu Sokak.
