The tomb tower stands in the Kümbetalti cemetery in the Medrese quarter of Kırşehir. It was built in 1266 by Hoca Aka Maatir, one of the notables of the time, in the name of Fatma Hatun.
It has an eight-sided body on a square base whose corners are chamfered into triangles, and it is built of regular cut stone; the covering is a dome inside and an eight-sided conical cap outside. It is on KümbetBaba Caddesi, in the city centre.
