The terrace looks down over Ferizli district in Sakarya. The provincial directorate puts the terrace at a height of 100 metres.
There is a cafeteria, the viewing area itself, walking areas, playgrounds and picnic grounds. The directorate notes it is among the places people go for a spread breakfast.
The approach is on asphalt road and it can be visited in every season.
