Hisar Kaplıcaları, 4 km from Demirci and 165 km from Manisa, draws on three springs whose water emerges at 37–48°C with flows of 11–17 litres a second. It is used both for bathing and for drinking cures: the provincial directorate lists bathing for rheumatic and metabolic disorders and drinking for stomach and intestinal complaints. The spa is run by Demirci municipality, with two indoor pools, a sauna and seven private baths alongside its apartment units, and it can also be used for the day.

- Across Manisa as a whole, monthly mean temperatures run from 6.7 °C in January to 28.1 °C in July; the mean stays between 15 and 25 °C in April, May, September and October; rainfall is heaviest in December (137 mm) and lightest in August (9 mm). Long-term means for 1930-2025 from the Turkish State Meteorological Service (MGM).
