Guide

Remains of a historic bath near the Emir spa show that its spring has been used for centuries. Water at 58–59 °C reaches the surface from one main spring and two small ones fed by its leaks, at 2.5 to 5 litres a second.

The provincial directorate lists the baths for rheumatism, sciatica, fractures and dislocations, and skin and women's complaints, while the water is drunk for its effect on digestion and the liver. Accommodation is in a row of rooms, each with its own bath.
