Urganlı is one of Türkiye's second-degree important and priority spa centres. Water from several sources comes up at 50–78 °C, a bicarbonate water carrying sodium and carbon dioxide.
The provincial directorate lists bathing for rheumatism, fractures and dislocations, osteoarthritis, sciatica, eczema, haemorrhoids, and skin and women's complaints, and drinking the water for stomach, kidney and intestinal disorders. The spa has an open-air pool, with hotel rooms and apartments.
Getting there
Urganlı is 17 km from Turgutlu and 54 km from Manisa, reached by the Urganlı road that branches off the İzmir–Ankara highway.

- Across Manisa as a whole, monthly mean temperatures run from 6.7 °C in January to 28.1 °C in July; the mean stays between 15 and 25 °C in April, May, September and October; rainfall is heaviest in December (137 mm) and lightest in August (9 mm). Long-term means for 1930-2025 from the Turkish State Meteorological Service (MGM).
