The mosque at Işıklı village was built in 1887, rectangular in plan and of cut stone. What is worth going in for is the woodwork and its decoration: the ceiling has a dome at its centre with a star motif, painted in the kalem isi manner.
The porch for latecomers on the north front and the roof have been repaired. Işıklı is in the Ardeşen district of Rize.
