Reaching these falls means leaving the car: the natural monument is 9.5 kilometres from Çamlıhemşin on the Çamlıhemşin-Ayder road, and visitors walk the last two kilometres.

The Bulut falls drop 250 metres in four stages, which the nature conservation directorate places among the high waterfalls known in Türkiye. The protected area covers 310 hectares. The Rize-Artvin airport is 88 kilometres away, and the site has capacity for 1,000 visitors.
