The museum is set up in the headquarters building at Bırca Belek in Cizre and shows examples of the machines and inventions of İsmail Ebul-iz El-Cezeri.
El-Cezeri was born in 1136 in the Tor quarter of Cizre and completed his education at the Camia medrese, working in physics and mechanics. The provincial directorate credits him with many firsts and inventions and describes him as regarded as the founder of the field of cybernetics.
