The tomb is a building of the Ottoman period and adjoins a mosque. Inside are five graves, said to be those of Ahmet Sultan, his wife and their three children. Concrete has been poured over the graves in the shape of coffins.
The lower part of the walls that enclose them is of stone mixed with brick, while the upper part and the vault are wholly of brick. Built in the Ottoman manner, the tomb carries no ornament at all inside or out. It is entered from the east front through a small arched door.
Before the part where the graves lie, a woven wooden screen sets off a space where visitors are received and prayers are read. A tiled roof was added over the building later.
The tomb has been restored. The road is asphalt and it can be reached in any season.
