The mosque of Kuştepe village lies within the village of that name in the Pehlivanköy district of Kırklareli, and dates from the Ottoman period. According to the marble inscription set on the minaret during the repair of 2013 it was built in 1902. It shows the same features as the mosques of Çayırdere and Kumköy villages, built by the imperial estates administration between 1900 and 1907 in the typology of the mosque-with-school.
The building is rectangular, roofed with a hipped tile roof, with a minaret attached to it on the south-west. The original minaret has not survived; the present one was rebuilt in reinforced concrete in 1959 with a single balcony. The prayer hall has pointed-arched windows and the other parts segmental ones, and the stone jambs at the window edges, the stone window arches and the corner stones of the walls all project. There is a marble inscription over the minaret door. The mosque shares its architectural features with the mosque of Pehlivanköy.
The building was repaired in 2013. Its door has been changed for iron and its joinery for PVC, and the ceiling, the women's gallery inside and the porch were rebuilt in reinforced concrete. The mosque is in use today.
