The tomb stands at the entrance to Erenler village, in the Pınarhisar district of Kırklareli. It was built in the second half of the fourteenth century: eight-sided, with pointed arches on every face and seven windows the size of doorways, its walls thick and faced in regular cut küfeki stone, the dome resting on an eight-sided drum.
The dome was originally covered in lead and is now rendered in cement. The source adds a detail it does not resolve: the structure inside, which belongs to the fourteenth century, carries the architectural character of the sixteenth.
