The Greek Orthodox church on Hürriyet Caddesi in Antakya is still in use for worship, which is the first thing to know about visiting it.
The church was built in the second half of the nineteenth century and opened for worship in 1900.
What stands now is rectangular in plan, with a bell tower on its right and a courtyard surrounded by arcades.
