A white köfeki-stone building set in a garden, the Protestan Kilisesi in Hatay served in French times as a legation and as the French bank. In 2000 it was recognised as a church by the Kwong Lim congregation from Güney Kore, and a pastor from that country opened it; a plaque in three languages above the entrance, Turkish among them, records the opening in June 2000.

Along the whole front the entrance section projects slightly, and you go in through a pointed-arched doorway. There is a rectangular window on each side of the facade and three more, with rectangular frames, in each of the projecting parts on the upper floor; a cross crowns the highest point. The rectangular prayer hall has a lectern in front of the apse and holds church furnishings and icons of a late date.
