The tomb at Tillo belongs to Şeyh Hamza el-Kebir, who lived there in the thirteenth century. He was one of the leading saints of Tillo and is described as having reached the rank of Kutb'ul Aktab.
His grave is in the tomb built in his name, on İbrahim Hakkı Çalipkulu Bulvarı in the Saydanlar quarter. Minibuses and taxis run between the centre of Siirt and Tillo. The source gives nothing about the building itself.
