The cable water-ski park was set up by the metropolitan municipality of Samsun within Bandırma beach, and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism says two hours of instruction is all it takes before you can ski on the sea there.
It is at Bandırma beach in the Belediyeevleri area on the Canik shore, within walking distance as well as reachable by city transport.
