Two plane trees stand at Subaşı village in Çatalca district of İstanbul, and the directorate reports — without saying on whose authority — that they were there long before the village was founded. They were declared a natural monument by ministerial approval dated 7 February 1995, numbered 24, on 0.25 hectares; the area record carries no date.
The page gives one age, 792 years, and does not say which of the two trees it belongs to. No height, diameter or girth appears for either. The species is oriental plane.
