Guide

At Uyuzhamam, sixteen kilometres south-east of Alpu in the village of the same name, the water wells up in one of two walled pools, each 5 by 4 metres and 1.5 metres deep, and spills over into the other. It emerges at 29 °C. The Eskişehir culture and tourism directorate says it has a particularly good effect on skin diseases, and the mud from the bed of the water is used to treat them as well. There are no facilities at the spring.
