Restoration and conservation work by the Gölcük municipality is still going on here. The site lies in the bed of the Ilıca stream, about 500 metres from Yazlık village in the Gölcük district, and it belongs to the eastern Roman period.
The water running from it is said to help with skin and stomach complaints. It is reached by the Gölcük public buses that leave from the centre of İzmit.
