One caution before anything else. The 2023 earthquakes struck Hatay hard, and our sources do not record the present condition of the buildings on this list. We are not going to tell you what is standing and what is not. Check before travelling.
Samandağ holds a group that stays together: the Titus tunnel and Beşikli cave, the Musa tree at Hıdırbey and the village of Vakıflı. Antakya has the city museum, the castle and walls, and the Hatay Archaeological Museum, which belongs with them.
The coast runs from Payas castle in the north to Arsuz in the south, with the Belen pass nature park inland between. What each place is, and who says so, is on its own page.
