These rock settlements are dated to the Iron Age and are described by the provincial directorate as among the oldest settlements in the region. They lie in a valley three kilometres from Ceritkale village, on the slopes facing east.
The village is about nine or ten kilometres south-west of the Keskin district centre in Kırıkkale.
