The Göksu is one of the fullest branches of the Seyhan. It rises in the Tahtalı mountains around Tufanbeyli, joins the Sariz stream, and enters the Feke district from the Saimbeyli boundary; it is the longest-running river in Feke, carrying a heavy flow in every season. It crosses the district through narrow, deep valleys and meets the Zamantı near the Aladağ district, and the two together form the Seyhan.
The provincial directorate describes the stretch through Feke as having potential for river tourism — canoeing and rafting — and says travel agencies arrange trips there from time to time. It is reached by any vehicle going to Feke or Saimbeyli.
