The İkizdere Manle waterfall is a natural monument of 4.2 hectares in the centre of the İkizdere district of Rize, declared on 24 September 2020.
The site lies within the Colchic flora region, which covers much of the eastern Black Sea. What grows here is a rich cover of moisture-loving deciduous trees and shrubs, with conifers joining them as the ground rises, and the Directorate notes that this flora closely resembles that of the Caucasus. Oriental spruce and alder are among the species named.
The monument is in the town itself and is easily reached by road; Rize-Artvin airport is 88 kilometres away.
