The third Kapıderesi cedar is recorded at the Küçükkapı locality within Garip village, in the Senirkent district of Isparta, and was declared a natural monument on 6 September 2002. The directorate gives its age as 682 years, its height as 22 metres, its trunk as 1.84 metres across and its girth as 5.80 metres — taller and older than its neighbour Kapıderesi II, but less heavy in the trunk.
The protected plot is a tenth of a hectare, with a stated capacity of 10 visitors and two vehicles and opening hours of 09:00 to 17:00. Senirkent has three protected Taurus cedars within a few kilometres of one another, and the register distinguishes them only by number and locality, so it is worth confirming the exact spot locally.
