The masjid on Sulu Sokak in central Tokat, beside the Sulu Han, is known both as Kundakçılar and as Kazancılar. A circular marble inscription over the door dates it to 924 AH (1518).
It is a single-space building on a plan close to square. The mihrab sits inside an iwan formed by a wide pointed arch on the south side of the prayer hall, and the square space in front of it is covered by a dome on squinches.
