Sadağı Canyon Nature Park lies in Sadağı village in Orhaneli district of Bursa province, covers 436 hectares, and was declared in 2014 — on 24 February according to the area record and 27 February according to the text. One practical point decides how most people get there: the road is asphalt all the way to the canyon, but there is no transport to it other than a private car.
The park has been made walkable rather than left wild. A visitor centre in keeping with the natural setting, four bridges and six rain shelters have been built, picnic tables placed, and the directorate says warning signs and work on the path have made the route safer before opening it to the public. Flora watching, photo safari, day recreation, butterfly watching, birdwatching, taking in the view, wildlife watching and walking are the activities listed. Capacity is 135 visitors and 20 vehicles, with hours of 08:00 to 18:00.
Hornbeam, aspen, oriental plane, silver lime, stinking and prickly juniper, laurel-leaved rock rose, mugwort, grape hyacinth, aubretia and ferns grow in the canyon. Otter, hare, fox, wild boar and squirrel are recorded among the mammals, with sparrowhawk, falcon, sparrow and jay among the birds. The directorate also credits the park with archaeological value without saying what it consists of.
Distances given are 6 kilometres to Orhaneli town centre, 62 to Bursa city and 299 to İstanbul. As on its other pages, the directorate notes that it accepts no responsibility for anything visitors may experience on the way to the area or afterwards.
