The Mysia Photography Museum opened in October 2017 in the Gümüştepe quarter of Nilüfer, Bursa, set up by the municipality, which describes it as the first and only photography museum in the province. It stands at the point where the Mysia Ways begin.
According to the municipality the museum sets out the history of photography both visually and digitally through changing exhibition rooms, and holds a library and archive room, audio and visual presentations and a winter garden.
There is also a darkroom under the same roof, which makes practical workshops possible rather than only display.
