Among the eleven tombs in the garden of the tomb of Murad II at Muradiye in Bursa, one belongs to the sons of Mehmed the Conqueror. Mustafa and Cem, long thought to lie in separate tombs, are buried together here.
Mustafa, the Conqueror's eldest son, died in 1474 near the Bor district of Niğde while returning from the capture of the castles around Konya. His body was brought to Bursa and buried first in the tomb of his uncle Alaattin Bey, then in 1479 in the tomb built for him. Three more of the Conqueror's sons were buried here afterwards, in turn: Sultan Abdullah, Sultan Cem in 1499, and Alem Şah.
The tomb carries the features of the fifteenth century. It is built in alternating courses of stone and brick, hexagonal in plan, under a single dome on a hexagonal drum and sheeted in lead. The entrance porch is solid marble throughout, with Bursa-type arched windows on either side; its ceiling is faced with marble panels and its eaves were made later. The way in is a door with marble jambs.

- Across Bursa as a whole, monthly mean temperatures run from 5.4 °C in January to 24.6 °C in July; the mean stays between 15 and 25 °C in May, June, July, August, September and October; rainfall is heaviest in December (99 mm) and lightest in August (18 mm).
