Şifne Kaplıcası lies on Şifne Bay, north-east of Çeşme Ilıcası, with places to stay and eat, a large pool and a row of private baths. Its water is around 38°C, contains sodium chloride and calcium, and has a radioactivity of 5.3 eman. The İzmir directorate of culture and tourism lists it as useful for rheumatism, rickets, gynaecological and urinary complaints, stomach and bowel disorders, and skin conditions such as eczema and boils.
