Çiçekli Nature Park is the İzmir directorate's answer to being close to the city: 20.91 hectares of forest nine kilometres from Bornova and 18 from central İzmir, which is precisely why the directorate says visitors choose it heavily. Expect it to be busy.
It was declared on 11 July 2011, and its value is recorded simply as forest; the page has no section naming a single plant or animal. Walking and photo safari in and around the park are the activities, and the facilities are a country kiosk and picnic units.
Capacity is 896 visitors and 150 vehicles, with hours of 07:00 to 19:00.
The park is at the Karaçam and Çiçekli village locality in Bornova district, reached from the İzmir-Manisa road.
